Delicious and unique waffles!! I especially recommend the waffle frolic— you get two sweet and two savory. The blueberry and peach cream cheese combo was my absolute favorite! Creamy sweet and soft with a unique flavor profile!! The country mile also had a perfectly seasoned egg and a lovely mix of fried tubers! Definitely beware that it gets pretty busy some mornings tho!

Came on a Monday, it wasn’t super busy, got sat as soon as we walked in. Service was excellent, she was very attentive throughout my entire meal. I wasn’t sure what to get because the menu has so many options but she recommended either the frolic, chicken and waffles or the megaberry as popular choices. I chose the megaberry and it was one of the best waffles I’ve ever had. The strawberries were super fresh and it was plated beautifully. I will be coming back. Kudos to the workers!!
Get the sausage gravy waffle if you like biscuits and gravy. It might be the best sausage gravy I've had at a restaurant.
Waffles, INCaffeinated on Carson Street is AMAZING. It is perfect for a breakfast date on budget! I recommend bringing at least $30 for food, coffee and a refill, and a tip. Our server, Alyssa, the waffles & coffee, and presentation were SUPERB. The waffles were big and fluffy; one whole waffle was enough for 2 people. I ordered the Waffles, Imaginated with pecans mixed in and sausage on top. They have 3 different options for syrup: maple, bourbon, and another I can't remember. The coffee was delicious! I ordered the signature latte, and you could really taste the blend of hazelnut, vanilla, and maple flavors! I will definitely be coming back!
